Hey
It's gone. Here's why:
1. Am mortified by the idea of friends coming online to check out my blog and being confronted by the sorts of things we've seen on the front page recently. I notice this morning we have moved past anal torture and onto paedophillia.
2. It makes me slightly queasy to think of pictures of my little puppy or stories about my pregnancy sharing platform space with such nastiness.
3. I just don't feel that 20six is an appropriate forum to publish details of my personal life any more.
Don't know where I'm going yet. Will let anyone interested know what I decide. May even end up back here, but as things currently stand I doubt it.
Pip pip, it's been bloody good fun.

I was thinking that everyone enjoyed that sort of thing.One sad point is that spam must work otherwise spammers wouldn't bother sending it. Someone has gone to great effort to develop methods of creating blogs and spam to redirect to entirely bizaar websites because they must get something out of it. I'm imagining that it is money that they get out of it because I don't want to get too embroiled in the mental workings of pornographers. I think the only way to stop this sort of thing is to make it so that the effort isn't worth the return. The only way I can think to do that is to change the attitudes of people who visit porn sites. Not an easy feat. Anyway, can you let me know where you go as I do enjoy reading your entirely wholesome blog involving puppies and pregnancy.

With the platform change, the squabbling (which admittedly I totally missed) and the mountain load of spam it does seem as though 20six is in it's death spasms. Let us know where you end up. So I can start blogs about asian bondage there too.

Actually I think you're absolutely right, Norah, baby and puppy have no place amidst a nest of asian bondage cumshots etc. . . I only hope the entire spam content can be cleansed otherwise not only 20six, but blogging, will be effectively dead.

I have been in despair all week myself. I have friends who look at my blog with their young children. I have been warning them not to come here.
